Claudia is a legal assistant at the Weinstein Law Firm. She received her undergraduate degree from Broward Community College with a double major in Criminal Justice and Paralegal Studies. She joined the Weinstein Law Firm in December 2009. Claudia handles intake and case processing for pre-litigation personal injury claims. As part of the pre-litigation process she verifies insurance information and requests medical records and bills from healthcare providers. She also prepares demand, mediation and arbitration packages. Claudia is the primary staff contact for the firm’s bodily injury clients.
