Attorney Kerri Utter is an associate at the Weinstein Law Firm. Kerri is an experienced trial attorney who focuses her practice on Personal Injury Litigation.

Prior to joining the Weinstein Law Firm, Kerri was the Criminal Division Manager of the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel in Broward County. She litigated major felony offenses including First Degree Murder, Kidnapping, Armed Sexual Battery, and Drug Trafficking Offenses. Throughout her legal career, she was also an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County and a partner in a private law firm. Kerri has extensive trial experience and has tried over 70 cases, including both bench and jury trials.

Kerri received her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Miami School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude. During law school, Kerri received Honors in both Pre-Trial and Trial Litigation Skills and was the recipient of the Marco A. Vasquez Litigation Skills Scholarship. She also competed on the UM Law School Mock Trial Team. Prior to law school, Kerri earned her Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida where she competed on the UCF Mock Trial Team. She was also the recipient of the Legal Studies Student of the Year award.
