Attorney Andrew Weinstein a Noted Speaker at the Florida Justice Associations Insurance Seminar

Coral Springs, FL - Attorney Andrew Weinstein, managing partner of the Weinstein Law Firm, recently presented at a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar to members of the Florida Justice Association (FJA). Andrew's presentation, "The Rules of Engagement - Personal Injury Protection" focuses on how health care professionals can successfully fight the insurance giants' denial of PIP claims.

In this seminar, Andrew outlines what health care professionals and their counsel should do before filing suit against the insurance companies and steps for filing suit. He offers an understanding of typical insurance company defense tactics. Citing case law, precedent and his own personal experience, Andrew provides guidance on how to defend against these tactics.

"Far too often, insurance companies are delaying or outright denying legitimate PIP claims filed by doctors, chiropractors and other health care professionals," Andrew said. "Rather than do what's right, the insurance companies are looking for any reason to deny these claims in an effort to save their own bottom line. This has got to stop."
